• Weekend Summary: Dancing, Horse Back Riding, Ruth’s Chris, and More

  Here are the highlights

  On Friday Jess and I spent the evening dancing.  We had been working on the Tango and Salsa quite a bit this week.  The Tango is hard…seriously, I think it is the hardest dance to learn, and we’ve been having the most trouble with it.  But overall we are progressing pretty well.  I’m actually seriously considering that dance competition in November…we’ll see.

  On Saturday Jess and I went horseback riding at Hempstead Lake Park   It was a very enjoyable hour long trial ride.  At one point I got a little too close to the horse in front of me and my horse got a nice kick to the face, lol.

  Later that evening Jess and I went out to Ruth’s Chris Steak House and had a wonderful dinner.  They make some of the best steaks there in my opinion.

  On Sunday I went to a seminar in the city, and that about raps up my enjoyable weekend
