Comments and My Poll Questions Work Again
For some reason my poll question box to the right of this Xanga page stopped functioning some months ago. I have just fixed it, so those of you that have been participating can once again continue to do so
I have also noticed that even though the amount of visitors to this blog is fairly high and increasing daily, the amount of responses has not, so feel free to comment, positive, negative, and anything in between

hey thanks for the comment! yeah i'm really not sure what i'm doing. if only someone had told me that you can't get rid of only certain bad spots..I know that sounds dumb but it seems possible with certain exercise. Glad I know that now. haha, thanks. so how DO you decrease overall body fat? What's the best way to do it?
