It is Friday the 13th …creepy.

Last night I went to an advanced movie screening of “Everything’s Gone Green” starring Paulo Costanzo (he was in 40 Days and 40 Nights, Road Trip, and the sitcom Joey).  It was a pretty good movie.  Paulo Costanzo and the director were there.  It is very hard to fit things like this in to my schedule because of law school, but I’m trying to make an actual effort to attend at least some of the events I am invited to.

Next weekend is Jessica’s birthday + Jujutsu tournament

I saw the movie “Shooter” today staring Mark Wahlberg…it consisted of a lot of shooting…but that’s not a bad thing, not at all

I’ve been getting great results with my arms since I split the arms working (Bicep, Triceps, and Forearms) into two separate days instead of one.  All my weight training routines take only 30 minutes, but the arms were taking an hour because I was being silly and trying to get them done in one day.  Now its biceps and forearms on Thursday and Triceps on Friday.  I have also been strip setting.  When I’m done with the routine I spend a few minutes doing a specific exercise…say bicep curls at the heaviest weight I can, and then drop down to the next highest weight, and the next highest after that until I can’t even lift a five pound weight.  Peewee Herman could probably beat me at arm wrestling after that with exerting himself less than when he puts down a toothbrush.  I do it to completely exhaust my muscles.  If I’m not pushing myself to my own limits, then there is no point in working out.
