  • After the little incident with the X-Terra the other day, I decided to switch off to the Jaguar.  Big mistake.  I was coming up to Amboy Road from Maguire Avenue, hit one of those horrendous potholes and had two blow outs.  Both passenger rims were bent in the process.  While I was at the tire shop, another guy came in, received a flat from the same pothole.  The Company I went to for the rims and tire replacements said they were making quite a bit of money from the potholes on Maguire.  The city needs to do something about these roads.  Now I’m back to driving the X-Terra.  Hopefully it was just a faulty fuel gauge that was the problem.

Three days of Jujitsu straight.  I’m exhausted.  Next class is on Wednesday.  Jessica (my girlfriend) started lessons on Saturday.  She is off to a good start and should have no problem learning quickly since she has me to go over everything with her.

New York City is looking to put cell phone service in its subway system.  Oh joy.  That is all we need.  People are generally inconsiderate and rude (etiquette no longer seems to exist) when it comes to cell phone usage, just imagine thirty people crammed together, having superficial cell phone conversations all because they can’t bear to be to spend a minute alone with themselves.
