It really annoys me when people start dialing a number on a phone without first listening to see if there is a dial tone. My family does this frequently, so while I’m on the phone I begin to hear seven tones and then someone say hello, as if their call went through and I was the party they were trying to reach. I just would think it would be a natural behavior to first check to see if you have a dial tone before dialing, I guess I’m wrong.
Tomorrow I have Jujitsu and reservations at Carolines Comedy Club to see one of the students from the improv comedy class I attend perform stand-up. It should be fun.
Today I begin a new bicep/forearm workout. It runs as follows:
5 min – Elliptical Warm Up
45 min:
4 sets – Alternating Dumbbell Curls (1st set being a warm up)
3 sets – Barbell Curl
3 sets – EZ-Bar Preacher Curl
2 sets – Seated Barbell Wrist Curls
2 sets – Seated Reverse Barbell Wrist Curls
3 sets – Hammer Curls
15 min:
9 sets – Abs
15 min – Jump Rope
